| Using in-game calander for sign-ups |

We're using the in-game calander to manage signups for our official raids right now. If you don't have an invite and think you should, please contact The Big One, aka Bnelly.
Accepting the invite does not guarantee you a spot. Raid composition is currently being determined around raid invite time, based upon raider rank, past and recent attendance, raid buffs you provide, and general raid composition. Being late on raid night nearly guarantees you will not have a spot, unless you let the coordinating officer know ahead of time.

Still need more people for tonight's raid...
It's New Year's Eve, so that could impact attendance considerably.
I'll try to post an update by 3 PM today (hoping I don't forget like yesterday...sorry about that).
I'd prefer to fill the raid with pug members and run, rather than cancel entirely. Just my two cents.

I bumped everyone in queue up.
If we don't have at least 3 more healers and 22 people total by 3 PM server time, we'll have to call the raid. Perhaps tomorrow will work out better.

We need two DPS for ICC10 tonight. Running till 11ish but may run a tad late if we're close to finishing off a boss.
I'm interested in maining group balance and synergy, so class/spec is important. We currently have no shaman, so a DPS shaman has highest priority right now.

We are in need of healing love in tonight's 10 man ICC run. Currently, we have only one healer (me!) so we'd love another.
We also need some strong caster DPS.
If anyone else is interested, let me know - depending on who shows up, we may have space. I am balancing primarily around raid composition and performance - I'd like to clear as much as possible tonight.
Raiding till around 11ish - may run a tad later if we are close to finishing off a boss.
